I tried to do the sfc (I figured it out) and it said Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service.

After I ran the bat file, it still said "update and restart." I clicked on that anyway. Was that a mistake? Was I supposed to do a hard shutdown?

It is still saying the same "await restart" stuff...
