My previous build was a uefi build but was alot simpler than this one it just worked as expected lol

Yeah I know I've downloaded the manual aswell there is a few things that don't match the manual but I just assumed that alot has changed with bios updates since the manual was published.

Yes there is auto enabled and disable. I've tried all three and still Windows power plan will not adjust my cpu to 100%.

I don't set voltages or multiplier manual I always leave all that on auto. I never overclock or anything like that I just always set to high performance power plan and leave it as that in past builds...
Also applying the ultimate performance power scheme doesn't change a thing either.

Here's the thing I'm on the latest Windows build and if I select high performance power plan it stays on that after reboot so that's not the problem.
It's also set to 100% minimum.
