I had some problems with connection to wifi and played around with it, as you do! I selected flight mode and now it won't go back to the globe despite numerous attempts to change it back. ...

Thanks Comp Cmndo, it worked mostly on my Desktop but I gave up and I've installed Office 360 on both Laptop and Desktop. I had Office XP for more than 15 years so I can't grumble at that!

OpenOffice and Libre are quite similar imo. I haven't gotten around to check out my existing graphs made in Office XP (Excel) yet, something to look forward to.... :sarc:

Hi Comp Cmndo. I've sadly given up now with my old reliable Office XP. I did install Libre but I found it to have lots of glitches so I installed OpenOffice instead and I've had no probs.

I've installed LO and it's working fine. I need to do some tweaks but no biggy. The new Win 10 update, apart from dumping some of my shortcuts, seems to be working fine.

Thanks guys. I'll give Libre Office a go. I did download another Office Suite some time ago and it worked well with my files after a little tweaking so that's the way to go now I suppose.....
