In Device manager there is no option saying "Sound, video and game controllers"
the closest is under "other devices" it has "audio device on high definition audio bus" it has one of those caution...

It's been over a year, I periodically google to try and fix it but cant get sound back.
Please ask any info you need and please help me get my sound back.
