Funny thing I have VMware VM on this system and I tried the first day and got the update, no issues I can tell other than known ones, it's a VM so not much...
Still no message on 2004 with a manual update on 1909, "you are up to date"
I wish they would give a reason or some info.

That program is only for if you already tried to install 2004 or any update I guess.
It won't tell you why you're not getting 2004 available to upgrade through WU?
I have seen some settings in GPE if you config them (enabled) and want to return to stock (not config) that setting to not config didn't update the reg key right. I had to choose the opposite option...
same here my vid is 451.48 (support for 2004) and on the Intel integrated IGP side I never installed drivers from get go, so it's not even in the list of device manager.
Still not seeing any messages in WU, it's like I am all updated but still on 1909.

Not that I would install it at this time on my main system, but it is still not showing up even after manual checking for updates.
On the other hand, the VM I have on this system got it available...
Take this with grain of salt but this says win 2004 can force upgrade after pause date expires.

For me I never installed it and it doesn't show up in Device manager so in that case how would MS know about IGPU, I doubt they check CPU feature as...
That sounds real bad to me, OS should not mess with bios, I wonder what would happen if you flashed it back with Asus flashback option, overwriting whole bios or just try reflash.
