I found those the folder you are talking about but there is nothing inside those folders

My name is just gone and I tried All Users desktop but only go this error 277268

One day out of blue my text files and folders on my desktop disappear and I am unable to find them. Also, I am unable to access some of my file as the computer said I do find access to files.

I can get pass the initial login screen but then blank screen with windows crash, reporting, then trying to start.

I tried to restart, default settings, unplugged.

I do have access to task...

I have run everybody application to find why DISK is at 100% and freeze my computer for several minutes and find out it happens when I access my ISP, especially my email, does my DISK memory freeze...
