Edit: It fixed itself overnight!!! I didn't even touch it and even turned off the power source, wow.

No idea how, I was right about to create a Windows installation USB too, good job Microsoft.

Tip noted, I will use this the next time I'm having trouble.



Most of my work is done on Google Drive (Docs, Slides etc.) so backup never really come to mind, especially after my PC has worked...

Basically, I am unable to access anything except settings. All my files icons are locked and just opening up the File Explorer makes it go "Not Responding".

I would take a screenshot and post it...
