Hi, I proceeded as follows:

1) Uninstall old Realtek driver
2) Restart computer with disable driver signature verification
3) Install new driver from Station Driver
4) Replace RltkAPO.dll and...

I found RltkAPO files v6.0.1.8004, it looks like everything works fine.
