I found a "work around" It's called ADSI Modification. I need to input my domain admin credentials every time I open it for it to be able to connect the LDAP Tree....

On an other "clean" system (no removal of HP or Windows 10 crap) and install the RSAT (KB2693643), reboot, and they are present !
