Yes, I'm using my service tag. Like i wrote above, i tried drivers from Nvidia page and Dell page. Both do not see the card.
I have latest BIOS.
I've tried to reinstall the Intel HD...

It's a fresh system, I did not make image backup. But i will try repair my system with the ISO.

Intel HD 4000 is motherboard video device. Nvidia K5000M is second/additional graphic card (dedicated?).

Scanning doesn't find a Nvidia and any other unknown device.There is nothing to update in updates.
