I never could get a 64-bit version of Windows to be recognized as a bootable device, even after trying a different USB drive.
I was able to fix this most recent problem by using a different USB drive as the Windows install media.

Alright, trying the 32-bit media again, following the advice to try running the Installer again after the first time I get the Error code: 0x80070570, I still get the error on subsequent tries.

Using a 32-bit version of the Windows 10 installer ISO seems to have fixed my boot issues! I am using both Rufus as muchomurka suggested, and Bree's Diskpart method, to boot into the Installer.

I can run the 64-bit version of GParted, so I'm assuming it does support 64-bit OSes.
