1. My crash is a sudden abrupt shutdown with no way to stop it.
same thing goes for the random Freeze although this was is
even more rare.

note: these crashes and freezes do not happen right...

So I started to get this issue with my windows 10 pc not too long ago and it either results in a full hard crash or a freeze out of nowhere with no error code to go by, I also deleted 2 languages...
