hi think so it seemed to have dodgy memory they are of different makes , im going to order another 4 g stick did you find anything in the log, it had 2 x 2 gigs of memory bit only 1.76 gig ...

hi looking after a neibers laptop Ist had a corrupted bios which i manged to upgrade from a USB then did usual check dism sfc

getting bsod etc k mode exception not handled here is zip of v2...

just giving info about the patch that replaced the previous one . I don't waist my time with ms patches, just trying to help lots of good info on this site baz from sunny kent uk

hi all one thing about KB4073290 if you look at the package version it says this has been replaced by kb4058258
I all have sorted a few pcs with this problem and don't bother with KB4073290 best...
