I clicked old and it said 'Windows 10 installation has failed' again after restarting bits, wuauserv, etc, and deleting the files from SoftwareDistribution.

Delete everything under c:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\DataStore
Start Service
Run setup.exe in ISO
