The minitool partition wizard was able to find the partition. That solved my problem, Thank you.

Chkdisk worked as for as it went through and did everything it was supposed to, However it did not fix my error.

I was trying to make the partition on disk 0. I right clicked on the C: partition and selected shrink then I put in the 216Gb and It just reoved that space from my c drive and no new partition showed...

Hello I was attempting to make a new hard drive partition and when it was finished I was unable to access it and now it just says there is an additional 256gb taken up on my C: and I cant get to is....
