I cleaned out the dust from my gpu and reseated it Hopefully this fixes the issue. I also searched elsewhere that it could also be a driver issue but all my drivers are up to date for my gpu

I disabled superfetch and Xbox game dvr that seemed to help stop the problems on most games . But I still get high disk usage in fallout 4. I have 8gb ram and a GTX 1060 3gb and a Core I5 4570 3.2ghz
