    I have windows 7 so it doesn't need to support 10...

    Other thing i forgot to mention, if i connect another mouse it works fine , but if i connect again another mouse it doesn't work. It's like 50%/50%...

    On windows 7 (currently installed) the drivers...

    On windows 7 (currently installed) the drivers don't show up in device manager but on win 10 they do but the problem still persists .
    And i don't think i have any port restriction.

    Yes ,my mouse shows up in steelseries engine and it's working.
    In device manager i don't have any steelseries device showing up ....just the regular ones.

    My mouse is not showing up in device manager but...

    My mouse is not showing up in device manager but all the usb things have the shutdown ability disabled.Also ,the human interface devices have this ability disabled.
    Selective suspend is disabled....
