I'vee got the same problem but I think it's a windows bug because I red it somewhere (plus i reinstall windows few times and always got that bug) - immediately after fresh install everything is fine...

I can not also open......It even don't open for a second.....I guess it was some kind of update that did it because for a while it was ok.... :sarc:
