I have virtual desktops - I actually am trying to have a desktop with all my settings windows open. Windows 10 simply doesn't let me do that, even with multiple desktops - it just switches desktops...

I want to have multiple settings windows open at the same time - like a bluetooth devices window, a network connection window, etc - but opening a new window changes the old window to the desired...
