Thanks to your advice i was able to pull it off to install the DHT 4 and select dolby digital in the sounds tab.

I fixed it! You wouldn't believe what it was, so here is the solution:

The tcp auto tuning level was off

so i opened up a powershell via Windowskey-x (admin rights) and applied the neccessary...

It is a windows 10 issue. I started in safe-mode with networking so i could sort out any 3rd party problems (as good as possible) and the problem persists.
Question is: what is it in windows 10 that...

I can only try with 100 Mbps half duplex so...

Thats not true. I showed the results of a speedtest via WLAN and a speedtest via Cable. Hence i try to understand the issue here.
Wlan = everything fine... full speed.
Cable = half speed... hardly...

I am not sure i follow... My upload speed is a lot different than the bandwith used for the download.
And shouldn't the total exchangeable bandwith the hardware can handle be up to 1...
