Update:
I bought and recieved a new SSD (Crucial P1 1TB M.2) and installed it.
I removed all the other SSD, hard disks and optical disks.
I created a windows boot USB (v1903) on another computer...

Update: I recieved the components back from the shop. Their conclusion is that they found no defects in these components.

In their log file, I read:
