With this all security bugs et al and the updates, i obviously wanted to get the update installed without problem asap. So i tried using manual update, and it failed to install, giving error code...

When should i run the troubleshooter? Before or after restart? Or before check update?
Reset WU usually won't work in my experience as it'll fail when trying to stop wuauserv
