Thanks... This was quite ridiculous but actually waiting that long fixed it.

No i mean none of the safety measures has been done ( backing up, restore point, etc )
but i did try to restore with the methods mentioned earlier

Just want to put it out there immediatly, it's my girlfriend's laptop so I am not 100% sure of everything that was done for this problem to occur....
