I reformat and clean-reinstall Windows roughly on a monthly basis. Now using the Windows 10 1709 iso for this purpose.
I have all auto-updates turned off (Windows 10 Pro) via group policy editor....

Desktop PC, custom build.
MB = ASUS Zenith Extreme X399
CPU = AMD Threadripper 1950X

Could also be waking on detecting activity from the network, or waking by "magic packet".
(If that's the case, you could consider yourself lucky as many people have no luck in getting this feature...

After testing many more times (always 1709 clean installs), as I wrote in my previous post this issue always goes away by itself for me. My previous observation was that the issue resolved by itself...

Hmmm... it doesn't for me. When I delete a file from Everything Search's results, it does go to the Recycle bin. (Just tested it right now to confirm before posting)
