Workaround was described earlier in this thread. Just don't use shutdown from start menu, use alternate ways.

Basically, you have next variants:
Press Alt+F4 on the desktop.
Create shutdown shortcut (with "shutdown /s /t 0" command).
I don't know existing tweaks, for now.
Seems like Microsoft added some flags to that buttons.
