Stupid Microsoft, why they did this feature not tweakable, i don't want bring all trash from previous session come in new session, i have over 20 opened programs when i work and closing all of this...
Is true, i tried restarting from Command Prompt with "shutdown /r", and that work without reopening.
Perhaps it can be disabled in Group Policy, need look.
Same problem, when i not close Chrome and click on restart button in start menu, he reopen Chrome in same state as it was.
