Can you Make same modifications to 1803 build ?? it has same issue again, modify its file too please and quote me ;)

how can i change the position of fonts in tiles view of folders in latest insider builds ?? i want it same as in build 1703 but MS change it,,, anyway to get it back ?? also, the hard drives names...
