So painful not being able to log in. The PIN section on the sign in page just twirls for a second and doesn't allow a pin. I have no option for ease of access. No shortcut key seem to do much really....

I never get a web icon where you have pointed your arrow. Maybe as I use vividwireless which has a modem with a SIM and not your normal phone line LAN type connection. I get good enough net speeds
