İ dont know what to do with them, any video about them?

Clean install or in place upgrade i tried all, i think motherboard or graphic card drivers causes that, cause before installing them no problem

i did clean install several times but problem not solved thats why i dont want to do it again

but after 4. 5. 6. 7. steps i checked and no advanced startup options again

tried F8, i see a black screen in a very short time and the pc keeps on turning on

İ tried shift key method before, couldnt help, only turn off pc option again,

i wonder why theres only shut down option as you see on photo
and later i tried bootable usb, i could get some option by this way but it couldnt repair,
