Found that Win 10 has Reset Network Function
Did that and problem went away.

Net Use works correctly. Computers are wired ethernet on 4 port router - no network switch
Don't know what you mean by Master Browser.

Am unable to ping the Win10 computer 192.168.0.25 from either of the other two other computers.
Am however able to do DIR \\192.168.0.25\c and see contents of hard drive
