Man it never crossed my mind that there was a 64 bit version of office, thanks for the heads up lol. Just switched over and it even kept my settings through the uninstall and reinstall process:cool:
First time using the 64bit as well and I am quite surprised. Definitely snappier, all my addons still work (don't use many tho) and even adobe flash seems to be working fine
how much you guys wanna bet that 99.99% of removed "spam" reviews are going to be negative ones?
Yeah they always do that for some stupid reason. But its up on majorgeeks posted above and station drivers.

Anything out of the ordinary in task manager/app history? Also if your router has a traffic monitor you could use that as well to make sure its not something else on the network

How are you killing driver updates? Only one I have found that works is via local policy but you also have to disable windows update auto checking. Nothing can stop windows update from driver...
And of course the one that will remain is the one made for tablets and phones

I think you should re-read my post I never said "wushowhide" is a disaster. I said the current windows update is a disaster. Furthermore I said that that little program only allows someone to block...
Nah they're just lazy bums: Webroot SecureAnywhere AntiVirus (2015) Review & Rating | PCMag.com
I want to see them in the comparison charts but it seems no cloud based av is included
Why doesn't anyone ever test stuff like webroot secure? I am actually impressed by its abilities and insanely small footprint both in installed size and in resource usage
Not sure but I have no doubt i seem to like to waste my time a lot
you're joking? nvidia drivers are auto installed the second you log in the first time after installation which is why I use the method i posted about earlier. Tested on a few pc's myself and verified...
huh? What do you need to know when something is forced on your system without your consent? For example, you mean how windows force installs the same driver for each video card when you have more...
Yeah but only after it installs and causes a disaster
I don't think there is such a program that allows you to pick and choose updates. There are programs like O&O ShutUp10 that save you the trouble of killing everything through the policy editor but...
Seems to have gone through without issue for me but good to know, thanks
Yeah, impossible to install windows while online. Unplugging my lan is absolute must during installation after which I have to spend time going through the policy editor before I can do absolutely...
MS has completely lost their heads in their rear if they think that is the annoyance with wu. Funny how they are completely ignoring the top voted issue of forced updates and especially drivers. Just...
