Ok fair enough, learning something new. So this ram stick is gone, will contact the seller.
As for the single-channel in cpuz, but isn't that correct - since I'm using 1x8gb stick it would show...

Hmm, thought I had uninstalled Avira - will find a complete uninstaller for it because I can't see any Avira app in windows Program Uninstaller.
Btw I just started the memtest, - just some quick...
Probably wasn't Avira - I just got BSOD with same error again. I've attached my updated files (2 more crashes since the upload in the opening post).
I'll run memtest tonight and see.
