Heh updating Dell drivers killed the laptop and now it barely runs at all XD
Time to reinstall again :3

Edit: Somtimes the WiFi icon and networks disappear while it's running and I have to restart to get them back. I've had this happen before but couldn't find a fix. Netherless not a huge issue

Ah good point, I was just looking for a fix for the 0151 error and missed that. The hardrive is similar to my old one and is not a Solid State Drive.

Thanks for all the help, I fixed the issue by booting from a Flash drive and looking around till I found a menu which let me format my hardrive, after that I could reinstall Windows and no issues :)...

I used command promt to delete 2-3 GB, however the problem persisted so must be something different. I'm also creating a Flash drive to install from, hopefully that will fix...
