I don't know what you're talking about. I am trying to download & save an insurance policy from the insurance website which should be a simple process.

when I try to download/save (Cntl-S) documents from the web they are downloaded/saved to the appropriate location but are incomplete downloads... paragraphs missing. Any idea why?
