It appears to be too large a file to add as an attachment(> 4MB). So they must have changed that since then(and it got deleted). I'll upload it to my google drive instead.

@DigDeep I double checked and it is the edited version. Did you try rebuilding the icon cache afterwards? It's from 1903 Pro 64(not sure if that matters, probably not).

Ok...so they changed things with 1903. The imageres.dll(s) no longer has any icons in it. I did find where they put them though.

I did it specifically to see if I could get KB4100347 through WU actually. Without having to search for and download it from the Microsoft Update Catalog. Just seemed like the quicker/easier option.
I can confirm that isn't necessarily the case. I got the update by manually checking for updates via WU. And my BIOS is dated 12/27/13(latest beta for MSI Z77 MPower).
That got me thinking. Why not edit an imageres.dll file to get rid of the yellow/blue shields AND the shortcut arrows all-in-one?
