Am having an issue with my desktop taskbar freezing after awhile.

I found those settings.
Tried changing the top and then bottom option as well but I'm still getting no sound.

On my desktop a 3.5mm plug broke off in my rear speaker out jack.
And now when I try to use the front headphone jack it doesn't work.
Did the broken plug in the rear disable the front headphone...

Well I changed(added) the maximum jump list key in regedit like the link says.......No change!
Same problem.
Even tried changing the resolution back to recommended 1600 x 900 and it still has same...

Before I delve into editing my registry (gulp!) I just want to ask What's the deal with windows 10?
I never had this problem with xp or 7.
I've had 50, 60, 70 windows...

Well tried the settings changes in Local Group Policy and still didn't get control panel showing in my right-click start menu.
I just did a search for control panel and pinned it to the start menu....
