I updated my computer to the new October 1809 update and everything went fine. Everything seemed to work just fine, but after I turned off the computer and started it up today I got this bluescreen....
I got rid of Norton Security and now I'm almost 3 days without a crash or bluescreen. I contacted Norton support and they are looking at my crash dumps to see what might be causing it.
I uninstalled Norton and ran Prime95 for over 3 hours and no crashes or errors.
I have checked on the Norton forum and there doesn't seem to be anything similar to my problem. I may have to post on their forum and see what happens.
Also forgot to mention that my mouse pointer froze right before one of the bluescreens, is that what caused the crash with the pointer section?

I had the I7-7800x installed before and it never crashed, I didn't get crashes until I put in the 7820x.

Yes I have the latest BIOS, but I didn't do a clean install of windows.
I also forgot to say that the processor is not overclocked. It is running stock speed. I also have run memtest and no errors in the memory either.
I ran prime95 for over 3 hours and no errors, now what do you think the problem could be?
