Just an FYI. If you have a backup of your system from before the clean install drivers can be installed from that.

Upload the file to:

VirusTotal

If it comes back clean:

ClearDefenderHistory | Clear Windows Defender History Files

If it's clean and still a problem add an exclusion.

So again: Those files and folders are dummy ones created by Aura Antivirus to trap and detect ransomware.

Either remove Aura Antivirus or disable Windows Defender.

I'd still suggest uninstalling Aura then maybe run some other virus removal tools. I can't make suggestions on which ones to use.

Those files are all created by AuraAV so don't worry about it. It's part of their antiransomware component.

If you want the files gone - Uninstall AuraAV and use something else.
