I can only get it on the desktop as a shortcut to the file (jpg) containing the picture (and tiny icon) or as an ico file being a tiny icon too small...
I am using correct HP drivers.
EDIT
I shut everything down even applications that don't ever use printers. Then went back to printer properties -> ports and was able to delete the duplicate...
I am running Windows 10 Pro x64 on an HP laptop. I recently had to re-install windows.
I've re-installed my HP printer via USB cable and this is working. However I normally use a bluetooth...
I now have a fresh install of windows, have all my data files back and am about half-way through re-installing all my software.
It's all taken so long and I think HP hindered it rather than...
Yes, they have a drivers page for my machine.
They also have an update drivers utility which does it all for you.
Not the applications though.
They are sending another DVD.
As I said, they sent a Windows DVD which I installed.
It's just the second DVD they sent which lost its data - Applications and Drivers - in fact losing files was after I did the drivers install...
HP had me send them much the same information as I sent here. I collected it myself rather than a program doing it. It showed corrupt memory.
They replaced the motherboard with memory. The fault...
Thanks for all the help. HP have been working on the machine and told me to do a fresh install of Windows.
I am not happy about this as repair has not been tried, but they've deleted windows and...

Every time I run the TENSFORUMdm_log_collector.exe application it produces an empty zip file although it appears to run through all the analysis with no problem. It was working perfectly well before...
I've been off air for a bit while HP have tried a few things. At one point there was some corrupt memory. I think this was a red herring as I checked the memory when I first started getting the stop...
Yes, all done last week, no errors.
Mysteriously, I can now see all available networks when clicking on the wirerless icon in the taskbar system tray. I don't know how this has repaired itself!

See my post above, I just edited it, TFdebugFiles uploaded. It mysteriously disappeared, very odd (not in recycle bin either). So I had to run the Hibernate etc again to create it again.
Not sure...
If you tell me the things that the zip file creation runs, maybe I can run them myself and collect the data that way.
This is the latest minidump .dmp file which should have been in that zip file....
I've followed all your instructions. Unfortunately I lost the copy of the command prompt actions and results before posting them. All went well - there weren't any errors.
After the reboot I ran...
I ran the Tensforum program to collect everything in the zip file. It looked fine as it ran. Everything was "done". Afterwards, I checked the zip file, and it is empty like the last one.
Help!
Already done. Some of the drivers there are wrong, eg. Broadcom when I have Intel and the Intel is up to date. So I prefer the Softpaq which seems to give the right drivers. Some are just not...
1) Malwarebytes has been completely removed for the last two days.
2) I connected by cable - still get error on hibernate.
3) I have run HP Softpaq Download Manager which tells me what needs...
I have deleted all traces of Malwarebytes from the registry as per last item on your link, and done a full shutdown and then started the machine up again. It started fine no problems. I then did...
I have not yet heard from Malwarebytes. However, this is the information I sent them.

I have contacted Malwarebytes as it has not uninstalled completely despite using their clean up uninstall - given they have a cleanup utility, they are obviously aware of some errors in uninstall -...
Thanks. The BSOD has happened again. So, although I've cleaned up the Folder Lock mess, it has not solved it.
I did uninstall Malwarebytes, so I don't understand the messages - it is still...
It wasn't Malwarebytes. Uninstalling made no difference.
It turned out to probably be Folder Lock, a security program, which I had uninstalled a while ago. The uninstall left a complete mess...
The application using SDDisk2K.sys was HP Drive Encryption. I don't use it and I don't think it is even compatible with Windows 10. Anyway, HP said just uninstall it. Which I have done. I checked the...
