Yes, if you don't need anything on that other operating system you are more than welcome to delete every single partition. Thats what I did and it worked like a charm. Hope this helps
Check your bios to see if you have RAID ON and not ahci, in our lab, i cant see the ssd if the bios is set in RAID mode. :)
Check to make sure that fast startup is not turned on. I had this EXACT problem and the fix for me was to disable fast user startup in your power options. Hope this help! :)

Memory is fine. Pc just got from dell. Has server grade ECC sticks. This is a driver issue with deep freeze
I want to add that it's always the second reboot that causes the failure it's not the first reboot after the bsod message.
This problem I don't believe has anything to do with the memory though.

Its a dell 3620 that we have. Im not sure whats causing the issue. I just sysprepped without using a copyprofile unnatend.xml file and it sysprepped just fine. Just sucks i cant figure out why...

Kari I just realized something that might be causing an issue. in my group policies I clicked on block Microsoft accounts. Would that have anything to do with sysprep failing
