Apparently, I looked on the website, and Microsoft said updating using the Update Assistant was discouraged. Don't know why.

Hey, I'm new here. I have a CyberPowerPC desktop, running Windows 10 Pro (build 1607), and it didn't and still doesn't detect the update for build 1703. Don't know why, or how. Can anyone on here...
