I noticed that too, its weird.
I guess they want it this way so they can screw something up again i guess..
Weird, i have nothing man. Just standard SATA AHCI controller it says.
O well, its no biggy but things like this bug me a little lol. Everything is functioning correctly so i guess its okay with...
Are you on Windows 7 or something? I don't see no sata drivers. Its all managed by microsoft now it appears.

New chipset driver: Chipset
When installing i couldn't see any new drivers though.
Yeah, only the PCI devices driver is updated. You can see that if you do custom install in the AMD update manager and hover above the devices. It shows you which is outdated and which are updated...

I heard more people over at overclock.net with the same problem. Some of them fixed it by deleting the AMD folder or run the AMD cleanup tool.
Weird man, didn't have any issues at all.. Perhaps deleting the AMD folder helps? I had some problems with previous AMD chipset driver and i decided to remove the AMD folder and its working perfectly...
NP man, do you happen to know where i can find the release notes? I would like to know what they changed if possible. I feel that my system runs a tad smoother and more responsive too.
