I'm talking with the steam community, some think it's ZoneAlarm, since it's know to give PC's problems. And I uninstalled it, and am now just using Windows defender, and so far it's looking normal....

Nope, PC built last year, with Windows 10, and the problem only started occurring a couple months ago.

Another option, is to check if your keyboard will let the Windows key be locked by pressing Fn+F12.

The same thing is happening to me too! It literally only happens to me in Overwatch, and it only happens every few days, maybe once a week.
