Just installed the Anniversary update to Win 10, and Netflix no longer runs. Same symptoms as my very first post on this thread. :(

In my case, the key was having "share iTunes XML file with other apps" ticked. This forces iTunes to create a physical xml file (which older versions did by default) and should keep Plex happy.
