Repartition the drive and if necessary, reinstall windows, and be sure to leave enough space for windows, as windows takes more space.
I get it now! It's not an update that gets sent out because there isn't security fixes. Well, time to download the patch
My Windows 10 won't detect windows 10 Build 14393.1613 (KB4034661) I have tried to restart and it still can't Detect it.

This was fixed with the KB4016871 (15063.296, or .297 for mobile) update on 5/9/2017.
