If I didn't click on anything in the window (pretty sure I didnt) and i got rid of the vpn, am I all set?

Mine was caused by hotspot shield too.

I disabled it but do I need to anything additional? Im running some scans now. Is there a way to tell if my pc was compromised? I'm afraid if using it now...
