Got a new DDR3L DIMM - Now we're showing 15.2 GB Usable. Thanks to all!

Once I saw the voltage, I wondered if that's what it was. Thanks guys. I'll replace it tomorrow and see if that does it.

Do you think it looks like I may need the low voltage DIMM. (1.35 v 1.5)?

I didn't see a setting for the GPU in the BIOS, but I did reseat the DIMM, and now I notice this in the Task Manager:
