well, my slow internet is chugging along.. 7% into the CU update download and it is a quarter to three in the A M so i'm going to get some sleep and wake up to this in a few..

yup.. done that too :) i've been a windows user since 3.11 (yeah im old) and i've never been stumped like this before
so i've taken it upon myself to download the windows 10 creators update upgrade tool and force the next big update... maybe this will fix the issue... i'll let you know tomorrow, after the download...

I've done all the steps in those guides, done the sfc and dism checks... i dont have an armenian time system (lol), i've tried the regedits, im out of ideas...
