Mine started working several days back but I ended up reloading the whole of outlook to get there. I have also at last got rid of the Microsoft password at the beginning which was driving me mad....

I have no idea how to sort that out, have you though about reverting back to your original windows. You have 1 month to do that in.

If I knew how to disable it I would. Somehow I have Outlook working but I lost all my contacts!!

I am seriously thinking of reverting to 8.1 I am more than fed up!
