Ok, strange situation.
Ryzen 1600, 16gb ram, Nvidia 1060. Win 22H2 Build 19045.3393
Everything works fine, playing armored core 6 or snowrunner, playing for hours and no crashes or anything....
I have a media keyboard, Logitech G550. And i get that volume and next song/video popup when i adjust audio while watching youtube.
Without any videos or media playing i only get the left volume...

So i found this in task manager:

Any reasons to worry? Disable?...
All drivers/bios is up to date.
No warnings or errors in any logs. Error is hard to replicate, cause it happens only sometimes after long overnight idle.
As i said, this problem goes back 10...
So, long story. Got Logitech G510 keyboard and G600 mouse 10years ago, they still work like a charm. Custom game profiles, LCD screen, etc. Once used to it, hard to go without.

System was doing nothing. Sitting on desktop for half a day, tried troubleshooting the updates, no help. Rebooted, no help. Left it alone some more, same thing.
Tried this morning, works instantly...
All was well till a day ago. Latest W10 build.
Now opening update screen, clicking check for updates, and nothing happens.... for about a minute the "check for updates" button is sitting there...
And 2 (or more) adds every 2 minutes or so. Makes watching youtube a road to insanity, even more when the add is 2-3 times the volume of the video to gather your attention.
Pretty much, we are left to dry and all new stuff is for w11, never mind that our pcs can handle w11, they put in some stupid requirements. I doubt i am gonna rush to buy all new hardware just for...
No update the whole day after it vanished, then it pops up, installs in 2 mins, and thats that. Love how we get no features or changelog.

Same here, it was offered, i didnt want to update late in the evening, in case something went wrong.
In the morning it was gone. O well, guess they had a reason.
Yes, while stuff is showing as set with group policy, google shows settings there that are missing on newer (or this) windows version

Nope. Anything that shows up as an update is shown on main screen.
Still no update, well, i can wait.
But now this popped up, and i never get a prompt if i wanna dowload and install, as soon as ANYTHING is found, it autoinstalls.

Checked and both PCs have the option turned on, just it wasnt working on main PC, after some trying, restarts and registry kung fu, it started working.

Due to turning off gmail...
Not that i noticed at that exact time, but it wakes on its own at other times also.
Checked the time, and what i found out is that it wakes when i get an email. Using Brave browser, and i got gmail...
